Wereld OTC farma markt groeit naar $92.9mld. in 2015

A new report by Visiongain calculates that the world OTC pharmaceutical market will reach $92.8bn in 2015 with revenues showing strong growth to 2025. These forecasts and others appear in World OTC Pharmaceuticals Market Forecast 2015-2025.
The growth in the world OTC pharma market will mainly be driven by double-digit growth rates exhibited in the emerging markets. Indonesia is expected to be the fastest growing OTC pharmaceutical market over the forecast period. Major drivers of growth in the emerging markets include increasing consumer wealth and sustained population growth, which are particularly pronounced in Indonesia (Persbericht Visiongain, 12 december 2014).
