ISO normen voor de reinheid van cleanrooms

Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments provide for the control of contamination of air and, if appropriate, surfaces, to levels appropriate for accomplishing contamination-sensitive activities. In January 2 standards were published for cleanrooms and associated controlled environments.
NEN-EN-ISO 14644-1:2016 specifies the classification of air cleanliness by particle concentration. NEN-EN-ISO 14644-2:2016 specifies minimum requirements for a monitoring plan for cleanroom or clean zone performance related to air cleanliness by particle concentration, based upon parameters that measure or affect airborne particle concentration (World Packaging Standardisation Newsletter, April 2016).
