Interview Captain Busta met NVC tegen voedselverspilling

A live Skype televised interview took place 9 May 2017 during the interpack in Germany as Captain Busta and NVC unboxed a lot of food for thought for kids on fighting food waste. Captain Busta is designed to inform, engage and inspire children aged 6-10 years to care for the environment.
The most important ways to fight food waste via (better) packaging were presented. First: prevent over-consumption (for instance, adapt portion size). Second: improve the supply chain (for instance, better protection). Third: stimulate positive consumer behaviour (for instance, better information on pack). The interview was televised live and interpack visitors could also drop by at the NVC stand there.
