Deadline voor kennisgeving aanwezigheid in artikelen van zeven zeer zorgwekkende stoffen (SVHCs) op de Kandidatenlijst is 16 juni 2014

ECHA reminds importers and EU producers of articles that the deadline for submitting the substance in article (SiA) notifications for the following seven SVHCs added to the Candidate List on 16 December 2013 is fast approaching. Companies are invited to verify if their articles meet the conditions for the notification obligation under Article 7 of the REACH Regulation.
The notification can be submitted either through the substance in article web form or through REACH-IT using IUCLID. The notification is mandatory for all articles containing the SVHCs currently included in the Candidate List if the conditions for the notification obligation are met (ECHA e-News, 21 mei 2014).
